Dr John Snow Game

Students from Westminster University put together the ‘Dr John Snow and the Great London Cholera Epidemic of 1854’ game. The game was funded by Thames Tunnel.

The objective of the game is to find out which pump is contaminated and causing so many people to die of cholera. You will be asked a series of questions and given answers to help you find this out.

Hints to help you play the game:

Use the arrow keys to move around the game
Some of the characters you click on won’t need to be interviewed straight away but make sure you interview them at a later stage
If you find you are not getting anywhere with the arrows or a question keeps being repeated then check the inventory notebook on the side of the game screen. Here you will find the Broad Street map, objectives, victims and clues. As you advance through the game the inventory notebook will be updated, so don’t forget to keep checking it
